Vivek filed complaint against Adidas India Marketing Private Limited on Aug 31, 2022
I had ordered ADI EASE M costing ₹*,***(paid via COD) from adidas' website on *rd August ****, delivered on *th August ****. But due to quality issues I initiated a return and was entitled to receive ₹**** back.
I was issued a credit note(attached) on **th August **** and provided my bank details via a refund form on **th august **** and was told I will be refunded within ** days. The timeline has got over yet I have not yet received the refund money.
Their customer helpline number is always busy.
Their emails replies only with refund form filing which means again having to wait for ** days. This results in a never ending loop of filing refund forms but never receiving the money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
