Myntra - Refund not issued

I placed an order with Myntra on *th April and return * items from that item. Out of those * items i received refunds for * items only. When i approached myntra regarding the same, they said they have already issued the refunds for the same and gave me * reference IDs and requested me to contact the bank from which i made the payment asking about the refund. When i called them, I got to know that out of those * reference IDs * are correct for which i already received refund and * reference ID that i have been given by Myntra was of the original payment for the order not for the refund. And when i told Myntra about the same, they changed the story and apologized and said * reference IDs for * refunds are same and that too for different dates which is obviously not possible as every transaction has different ID. It is been more than * months i am calling/emailing myntra and surprisingly till now i am getting same replies. As sometimes i receive a reply with * different IDs out of which * is for original payment and other reply is saying * refund IDs are same. Myntra is mentally harassing me for my refund. Literally third class service by Mntra.
