NAZAR K filed complaint against India Flower Gift Shop on Feb 6, 2019
I purchased a cake and a card worth rupees **** through the online website on November ** ****.
It was supposed to be delivered on November ** ****.
They did not deliver it because of some technical issue or coordination problem even though I waited till night for the delivery to happen.
Later they assured me that they will give me a refund.
I even send them a mail regarding the same. The details are given below.
Tracking ID - c*x*kC
Delivery city - Thrissur
Due amount - ****.
Now, whenever I am calling them they are playing around and not issuing my refund.
Its been almost three months.
I am really disappointed.
