I have ordered cake for midnight delivery on *th November **** and i have paid amount *** rs for the cake but it was not delivered it is showing in the processing state. I have called to them they said it will be delivered by *th November noon but they didn't again i called them they'll deliver the cake by * guarantee but they did not and the agent called and said he is unable to find the cake as the shops are closed we said to cancel after that they said they have delivered but the package is not delivered now they are not picking up my call i want refund of money. It is a birthday cake u cannot deliver what ever time u take.
