I have ordered * t shirts on **th october **** and I paid the cash online through paytm upi. Even after one week the product was not dispatched .So I cancelled it.Its been * weeks now I and I didn't get my refund yet. I tried contacting them on Instagram ,email and even called the customer care number but no reply from their side.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
