I had applied for Airtel Digital TV HD New Connection Online Booking- Airtel DTH Multi HD Set Top Box With Free Pack × * from onlinedth.co.in and payment of **** was paid online. confirmation receipt was received. however due to poor response, i requested for cancelling same and requested for refund on ** Jul **. even though the website assures easy and immediate refund with in *-** days, i am yet to receive my payment. my order id is ****. i tried calling up customer many times and as soon as i mention about refund, the executive disconnects the call. its been more than * months i been denied my refund and i feel cheated in this case and i dont want to lose my hard earned money. i am seeking help in this regard. i have all the proof of payment and screen shot of webpage showing the refund is still under progress. evidence is also attached here. my sincere gratitude if anyone can help me,
