I have booked a new Tata Sky DTH connection with one year package of Rs. ****/- from https://www.onlinedth.co.in/ site order #***** on dated - **.**.****. But after several calls from my side, they are saying that there no such package is available. So, I requested them for the refund, but they are not refunding my money as of now. I have called several times to their service centre (**********/**/**/**), either no one is picking or it says the number is not reachable. Please help me to get my refund.
