I booked a flight through Goibibo which got canceled due to covid with Booking ID:AMDO*FU**
I contacted GoIbibo to issue the refund as the flight was canceled by the airline.
They replied with the cancellation of the flight and issued the refund.
They confirmed the same thing in the email.
It has been over ** months since the email I have not received any refund and when I try to speak to them they always cut me off.
It has been mentally harassing and a lot of tension.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
