Air Asia is not issuing the refund for the flight cancelled due to lock down. The case raised have been closed stating the refund as been issued, But refund was ever issued. Case number ********. It has been more than two months now. Every month they just come up with a mail asking about your bank account details. After you provide the details, no refund comes but only another email asking for account details again.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
