Yash Vora filed complaint against vu 43 inch LED TV on Aug 28, 2020

Bought a tv in **** from flipkart with * year extended warranty. Panel went off on **st August. Technician came and informed that tv will be replaced. On contacting customer care they say they will issue refund amount. Been a week and nothing has happened. Customer care person say email will be sent etc.But haven't got any details on timeline for refund payment or details.
