MY Tv is under extended warranty with jeeves(flipkart), they have confirmed me and cx warranty team sent mail on **st July **** that i will get my refund amount due to Panal issue. As per the mail requirement, i have replied back and sent cancelled cheque in the mail. Almost ** days over still no one come to pick up my Tv. Whenever, I called customer care I am getting same response it was in progress status.
**st I sent mail again to know the status but no response received.

Take immediate action on this issue.
