RedBus India - Refund not issued for Bus cancellation ticket

ticket booked on **th May and tried rescheduling the time. while the money got debited from the account the rescheduling did not happen despite of multiple time. called up the customer care explained the issue- later the sent out an email cancelling my tickets and suggested i go for a fresh booking and the whole amount of actual ticket cost and rescheduling charges dedicate will be refunded within * days. while rescheduling charges got credited the actual ticket fare of **** did not- Red bus CC asked to wait for * days after which asked to check the bank and the bank confirmed no such transaction was initiated by redbus. Now redbus claims that the ticket was confirmed at was not cancelled- after having shared all the proof they just not closing but for the last * days they have been asking to wait for ** hrs and its nvr ending.
