I am writing to raise a complaint against Blinkit (Grofers India Pvt. Ltd.) for failing to process refunds for two cancelled orders, despite multiple follow-ups and false assurances.
The details of the pending refunds are as follows:

The company initially acknowledged the issue and assured a resolution within ** hours. However, even after over three weeks, and multiple email reminders, no refund has been processed. I have received only copy-pasted responses asking for patience while my money remains stuck.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a platform that claims to provide "instant delivery." I have exhausted all reasonable means of resolution directly with the company and am now compelled to seek legal and public help to retrieve my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
