I received the broken piece of Slainte hot and cold travel mug. I was far from my house and my friend receive it on my behalf but once she open it the piece was broken. I raise the issue within *-* minutes on blinkit support but it asked me to mail the same I mail the same but no resolution is received till now. I am trying to connect again and again to a human agent but AI bot sharing the same response to mail for this issue. Over mail I asked to share the video I already did the same but no resolution received till now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
