I used lybrate app to seek medical help. The doctor was responsive till i was asking about fee and payment details. Once i made the payment of ****, the doctor stopped replying. I registered complaint to lybrate, after many emails, they told me they issued an refund ** days back. But now they are saying go talk to ur bank, we have issued the refund and refusing to share any details of the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
