I have made payment for online consultation for Dr. Sumanta Chatterjee by paying Rs. *** but neither doctor has responded nor given any prescription. Also I have made another consultation booking by paying Rs. *** to Paul's Advanced clinic but there also the doctor's assistant asked me to visit clinic and said online consultation not possible. I tried to call lybrate healthcare executive but each time the concerned person on the other side disconnected the call. Also I dropped mail to hello@lybrate.com for full refund but no reply received from lybrate help desk. It's totally scam app and horrible experience for me. Now Rs. ****/- I have paid in total but don't know when will they give it back to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
