It's been a week I hav been communicating with them that on what basis hav they stopped my refund .
Following are the few mails send to them by me .

Urgent Request: Refund Status for Order ID *********

During a recent phone conversation with your representative, I was informed that I would not be refunded for the product in question. However, I must assert my right to a refund as I strongly believe I am not at fault in this matter.
I promptly returned the product within * working days simply because I was dissatisfied with it. Upon the return, I took great care to pack the product and handed it over to your collection agent. During this process, I explicitly requested the agent to inspect the item in my presence for any damages or scratches. Despite being away momentarily, I made it a point to instruct the agent to wait for my return so I could oversee the inspection personally. I distinctly recall this incident.
If the agent thoroughly examined the product and accepted it without any reported issues, any subsequent damage or mishap cannot be attributed to me. Responsibility must lie with the handling after collection. If this was a concern, it should have been explicitly stated in your policy that customers must provide pictures before requesting a refund. This was not the case. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to social media and consumer rights organizations. This concerns my hard-earned money, and I cannot let it go unjustly."

I am writing to bring your attention to the unresolved issue regarding the refund for Order ID *********. I have been patiently waiting for the refund since December **th, anticipating its arrival within the usual * to ** working days. However, upon checking, I discovered that the product's check has failed on the seller's end.
In meanwhile I have already raised this issue twice with your customer care Team as well.
I want to emphasize that I promptly returned the product the next day to the agent and ensured that the item was inspected for any damage or misuse in my presence before it was collected. The agent verified the product's condition, provided approval for the return, and took possession of the item.
Whatever has transpired after the product was returned is beyond my knowledge and responsibility. Therefore, it is unreasonable to impose damage charges on me and withhold my rightful refund.
Throughout my ten years of online shopping, I have occasionally returned items that did not meet my expectations. However, this is the first time I've encountered such an issue, and it is entirely unacceptable.
The product has not been returned to me, and I have no intention of retaining it; hence, my primary concern is the due refund.
Attached are screenshots supporting my claim. I urge you to expedite the resolution and issue my refund without further delay.
