i booked tickets from makemytrip(mmt) and the flight(spice jet) got cancelled due to pandemic , later when i talked to spice jet staff they told me they have already transferred the amount in the mmt account , but the mmt guys are saying they have received credit shell from the airlines and now they are not responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
