I had ordered for Blue Sanganer Hand printed dress with heavy border some days ago from Rustorange website. Since the material was of poor quality I tried to return it on the very same day. After repeated requests, they finally picked up my return but still no refund initiated from their side. I had opted for COD option and while opting for return they asked me my bank details which I had filled in. My return order got picked up on the *th of August. I had been repeatedly mailing them to know when they will initiate my refund for which no response from them so far. I am attaching the return received acknowledgement slip from them. Please return my money.
