I had purchased two products from Rustorange but the product delivered was entirely different in terms of the fabric quality it wasn't worth the price.
Same day I raised the return request,and they picked up the stuff immediately.
But after that they are not answering my calls,chat or emails. No matter what time you call their support no. It:s always 'due to high call volume,we can't answer your call. They don't reply to your.email and not even on WhatsApp.
My money is stuck with them ,it's kind of scam ,they don't refund the amount but their policy says easy *days return and refund.
Please help.
