Make My Trip - Refund not initiated

This is with regards to a booking that was made through Make My Trip. I am a Travel agent and I made a one way booking for a client who asked me to book cheapest tickets from Toronto to India. I found fare on Sri Lankan Airways and I offered him the quote for the same. He liked the price and asked me to book the flight. I took the payment and his flights were booked. After few days someone from his family contacted me and said the pans have changed and kindly cancel the flight. I contacted Make My Trip and cancelled his flights.

Make My Trip first said that yes cancellation is possible and there will be some charges deducted towards the cancellation and rest of the amount would be refunded back to you. I cancelled the flight on **th October and asked for the refund. Till today no refund has been processed and they were insisting that Airlines have asked for the onward ticket journey. I have told them numerous times that I don’t have the tickets as I was asked to book only one way which I did.

Yesterday I contacted Sri Lankan Airways helpline and a Lady told me to provide Refund request number and send an email to Sri Lankan ticketing team. I am sending all the details except the tickets as I don’t have anything with me. Please help me as I have already refunded the amount to client and it is taking a mental toll on my health.
