Comparedth.com - Refund not initiated

I have called so many times regarding the order placed with comparedth.com. One such occasion I got to speak with one customer care personnel, he said my order was cancelled as the plan I ordered was not available in my area and my payment will be refunded in ** days. I have not received any refund till now. They are not responding to phone calls.
