Comparedth.com - package not delivered

I have ordered a dish tv connection from comparedth.com website as they were offering two vouchers of Rs **** each and a pair of Rs **** shoe by paying Rs *** delivery amount with the connection. I got a call from the company sales boy named Sumit who told me about the offer which I confirmed from the company's website as well. He also assured me of the same day connection which was also mentioned on the website. He told me that if I face any problem after the payment I can call on the sales team and ask them to connect to Sumit and they will connect me to him. I ordered the connection and pre-paid for the same. I didn't receive the connection on that day. I called the sales team and asked them to connect me to Sumit, they replied" I should call on Sumit's number", I also tried to call on the complaint department but I was not connected to them though I could easily connect to the sales department. Anyways I received the connection after four days. After the connection I got a link to order the shoe I prepaid the delivery amount of Rs ***. I got the acknowledgement of the payment which I am attaching with this complaint. I also received a call from the company and told that I will be receiving the shoes within ** days. The given time period has passed and I didn't receive the package nor any communication from the company or courier service. I tried registering my complaint through several options available on the website but didn't receive any revert from them. I mailed them but with no reply. I tried connecting the complaint department several times but with no result. The complaint number is also not a toll-free number. Then I called on the sales department but they were not ready to entertain my request and instead told me to contact the complaint department. I am fed up with their laxity in service.
