Myntra - Refund Not Initiated

Hello.
My name is tahir. I ordered one woodland jacket from myntra aganist the Order ID # ******* **************. when i receive this. I see that the product is used and it has stains. They have approved my request and raise a self ship return on this . After many days they cancel this return request. I called them and they raise new return and the Return id:- ********** again on a self ship mode on ** -jan -****.
After that i self shipped the product to their wearhouse at Gurgaon on **st of jan through india speed post. And it reaches their wear house earlier.
But now they are not initiating my refund and the courier charges. I called their customer care number they are disconnecting my calls all time, i have proof of all this.
Please help me, that will be your most kindness.
