I booked flight ticket for Rs.**,***/- (to and fro) through Make my trip from Hyderabad to Portland on **th June’**** which is fully refundable if cancelled. Later due to rejection of visa, I initiated cancellation on **th June’**** i.e., after being asked for reasons for rejection and sending visa rejection letter to make my trip authorities. Though the cancellation request made on **th June’**** it was not refunded till date and they show the refund amount as Rs.**,***/- where as it should be Rs.**,***/-, in spite of several mails and calls to the customer care, the response from their end shows dire negligence and careless answers like it should complete ** days etc., While booking ticket, all these things are hidden. Now, it’s {***} days from the request date.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
