Paytm Mall - refund not initiated

I have ordered an Dell laptop from paytm on *th fab. At first the shipment got delayed by one day then on *th Feb when shipment reaches to the blue dart at Bangalore the returned it to seller saying that is waybill no. is not correct. On *th Feb the shipment was handover to the seller Then I called the customer care of paytm and the adviced me to cancle the order on *th Feb almost at *:** PM I cancled the order. when I was tracking that is my order get cancled it is showing that the seller hasn't confirmed yet. although it is handed over to him on *th Feb. today is ** Feb but still my return is pending. When I call customer care the always tell me a signal thing that "your problem is been highlighted and its is on priority wee will solve it soon.
