I have ordered a product from Meesho app on ** October and got delivered by ** October and due to some reasons I have returned that product. On ** October delivery boy from Ecom express picked up product from me and I also got return slip on message. But after some days when I have not got refund I have called Meesho support after sending them return slip. Then they have registered a complaint on that issue. After some this they emailed me by saying that 'this return slip is invalid'. On ** December I have called Ecom express customer support and tell them the issue and product no. They have traced that product and told me that vproduct have been delivered on * December to seller.' And they have also tell me the Awb number. I have also traced that product on Ecom express website and find that they were saying true. After finding that i have send Screenshot of Pickup and delivery to seller of ecom express website to Meesho support on email. After sending email i have called Meesho support and tell them the issue and told them to check their email for return slip Screenshot. But they told me that 'this return slip is invalid, we can't do anything on this'.
So this the issue, please kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.
