I purchased a bag from flipkart worth **** and paid using a gift card of **** from a company called zestmoney which in return is charging me interest on ****. First Flipkart sent me a wrong and damaged product, then it took them * week to pick it up and take it back after * times refusal.Second they promised me the refund by **th nov and their app shows that they have done it. however the money is not there in my flipkart account(as per flipkart they have sent me gift card in my account)nor in my bank account or back to zestmoney account. I followed up on **th and they raised another complaint and asked me to wait till **th..nothing happened..i called up again on **th and they again repeated the same story and again took a complaint and asked me to wait till **st.nothing happened again..today is **nd and they are not even replying. I need your help to not only get my money back but also the interest that i am paying to zestmoney and i also request some kind of compensation for the trauma and pain I am going thru
