Adv Linet Nadar filed complaint against Myntra on Feb 12, 2021
Dear Team,
I am writing to you with regard to my order ID # ******** ************** dated ** January, **** consisting of ** items paid via UPI (Rs. ****) and myntra credit. On **th January, ****, i raised a request for cancellation of the entire order.
I have received a refund of the following amounts on **st January, ****:
Rs. **** for * items
Rs. ***.** for * item
Rs. *** for * item
Rs. *** for * item
Rs. **** for * items
However, I have not yet received a refund for another * kutras of Rs. ***.** each. Thus the refund of Rs. ***.** should reflect * times in my account, however, it is reflecting only once.
I have been repeatedly following up with the customer care and have been raising complaints to provide me the reference no. for the * transactions refunding Rs. ***.** to my account. I have raised around * complaints since Jan ** seeking a clarification. However, i am utterly disappointed with the response. My Complaint is being closed each time without providing me the reference number.
I hereby request to resolve this issue at the earliest.
