My flight was cancelled by airline due to covid pandemic and It's been several months since I sent a mail for refund,I recieved a reply from Happy Easy go saying that they need . *.Stamp copy/ full refund confirmation from the airline
*. Refund Letter from passenger duly signed.
*-Copy of passenger Id proof with signature to match the signature on refund letter. I do not have confirmation from airline as it is understood that due to lockdown flights were cancelled.
Please return my money back...it's already been several months. please help me on this .
