happy easygo - Non refund of cancelled tickets amount

Pending flights tickets refund which was cancelled during pandemics period in April ****, When I contacted to Happy easygo several time but there is no proper answer was received. Even they had received tickets amount refund by Indigo during the month of June ****, but they did not inform us also while enquiry they said money was not refunded yet so wait.
Now after several month past again approached to Indigo and base on their confirmation I come to know that money was refunded on **th June ****, itself. Now After enquiry with Indigo I called Happy easygo than they accepting that money was received but you have not claim so its kept pending. So they asked me to raise the cancellation and than your money will be refunded, but still no response and more than * months gone still awaiting for refund. Whenever calling customer care they are saying its under process.
