Lido Learning - Refund not initiated since the past 3 months

I had purchases Lido classes in the month of October but after * days I did'nt like the way they were teaching. So I wanted the refund of the classes and my entire amount. Kindly stop my emi and refund my amount immediately since it has already been * months I'm waiting for my refund. I've mailed the concerned persons like chetan minocha and alankrit maheshswari for my refund but till now I did'nt get a single revert back from them. Kindly request you to stop my EMI process and refund my amount.
