I have booked a flight ticket of Air India Airlines through third party app i.e Ixigo Flights a year ago.
As travelling date is *nd April **** due to Lockdown that flight had been cancelled by the air India airlines.
So at that time they had given a choice of rescheduling and cancellations. So i had choose refund through cancellation. I have cancelled that ticket after that incident. The thing is that till today i didn't got any refund. Whenever i call Ixigo Customer Care they say only one thing " Sorry Sir, this ticket is in Cancellation Pending from Air India Side and we have to wait ** days". In a year i had called plenty number of times and every time i used to get same response.
One execute had said that by hook or crook all pending cancellation will be done. And now April *th, today also i am getting same response that it's pending from Air India Side. These people had tested my patience and my mental stability. At last i came on here Consumer COURT.
