Ixigo flights - Cheating in baggage allowance
METRA MEET MAHESHBHAI filed complaint against Ixigo flights on Apr 26, 2021
When I booked a ticket from ixigo(manila to Bengaluru on ** April)they mentioned ** kg cabin baggage and * kg check in baggage, but when I arrived to the airport of Manila, they didn't allow me that much cabin baggage, they just allow me **kg so that I have thrown my extra luggage to the airport which is a around **** inr of cost, so I already talked with customer care several times still there is no proper resolution of my problem.
