I ordered Mivi Duopods A** on *th Sept. **** and cancelled it on *th Sept. The return policy read that once they will recieve the product back they'll test it and initiate a refund and the amount will be sent to my account. It's now **th Sept. and according to the tracking details, the product has reached them on ** Sept. I sent them multiple emails but without a response. I also tried calling but the IVR said the number is invalid, although I called on the same number on *th Sept. to request for the cancellation.
I can't believe a company this big can treat it's customers likes shit. Never buying anything from Mivi again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
