Booked an international ticket from Munich to Barcelona and return thtrough MMT. Booking could not be go through due to a problem at MMT. Full amount was deducted. Its been more than * month and refund is still not initiated. Everytime I call, I am told to wait **-** hours as the issue has been escalated. Uploaded photo shows that the still the reaolution is not aolved by MMT
