On May **th, I received a text message and a call informing me that the show had been cancelled and that I would receive the refund within * working days. However, it has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive the refund. Despite making several calls and msgs, I have not received satisfactory response. Sometimes they tell we are unable to get your booking ID, contact number and so many excuses. I have Screenshot of my ticket, Message from the mall regarding the cancellation, My billing details

Movie: Srikanth (Hindi, *D)
Date & Time: Saturday, May **, **:** PM
Venue: PVR: GT World Mall, Magadi Road
Booking ID: T*AAFFZ
Seats: SCREEN-*, RE-A**, A**
Additionally, I had also booked the following Food & Beverages:
Combo * (Salted): Salted Popcorn **g + Pepsi ***ml
Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza **cm
Total of amount Rs.****.**.
