Jio mart - Refund not initiated for Aug order

On **th Aug, I placed an order but because of the wrong input of Pincode number the order was not delivered which is understandable but it's been * month but the refund has not been initiated. Whenever I call the customer care they create a new case saying that this time the refund will be initiated but have no idea who close and why the old tickets are closed without any resolution provided and without my consent.
Below are the few tickets which were closed without providing the resolution and without my consent
