Tried to place an order through Docsapp on Nov ** **** **:** PM, an amount of **** has been deducted (UPI reference number: ************) but order was not placed. Was assured for refund of amount in two to three days but deducted amount was not yet refunded even after repeated complaints.
Making you available copy of deducted amount and complaint made on docsapp.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
