Hello sir,
I am manoj.i am a docsapp user from last * years and I have renewed for next * years also. But now I felt froud from you.you are not responding my call and mail from last **days.actually on *st july ****,one of your representative mr. Kumar gaurav call me for renewal with *st july doctor day gift hamper offer . during the payment he is stay phone call with me.and after payment he assured me that I will definitely receive phone call from docsapp for gift shipping but from ** days I don't receive any call or update from you.this is very disappointing.this is your commitment if you didn't respond means you are fraud.i have call call of your representative mr kumar gaurav who said I have definitely receive gift hamper.please find the attachment for phone call recording.i have also call record of your other representative with name who said "you will definitely get gift hamper"
now docsapp is not responding of my ** no. of emails
