Happyeasego - Refund not initiated even after 90 days

Go air airline cancelled my flight on *th august and Refunded money back to happyeasygo on **th , as per the happy easy go policy it takes only ** hours to process it back to the customer or max between **-** after receiving it from airline, but for me its been ** days completed yesterday its not still initiated. I have been chasing them everyday via emails , phone calls and even through twitter, every time they say we have escalated this issue on Priority but still they dont do anything except false promises.
