I had an Airasia flight on **th of May ,**** from Pune to Kolkata which got cancelled due to covid.
PNR -D*U*JJ.
Booking agent- Happyeasygo
Order ID ******************
I raised a refund request on **th September but has not got the refund yet. Happyeasygo says they have sent the request to airasia and airasia is not responding, whereas Airasia says they have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo. I have been constantly contacting both the sides for last * months with no success.
Finally I have raised a complaint at National Consumer Helpline , complaint number- *******.
Please do the needful.
