Goibibo Acko Insurance - Refund not initiated even after 70 Days

I booked a return Flight to Dubai through GOIBIBO along with a travel insurance from ACKO paid for both in one go, but insurance never been created, when asked GOIBIBO accepted a technical glitch and wanted me to buy *rd party insurance which i did.
GOIBIBO Support told that the amount paid for insurance will be refunded. Even after ** Days refund is not initiated, and they are asking for more time as they are waiting for a reply from others.
I don't what this support agents are doing and why the hell this taking so much time even after they accepted their error.
