Goibibo Acko Insurance - Checkin Denied due to extra payment for gala dinner

Yesterday i booked a room in Alagoa Resort through Goibibo while booking it was no where mentioned that it is compulsory to take gala dinner while check in and we have to pay **** for two pax but at the time of checkin the receptionist he became adamant that it is mentioned in ur voucher but while i was booking it was no where to be seen but at the reception receptionist did not let us check in due to this also we were ready to pay so asked about the menu and when we saw it in menu it was beef pork and sea food which we dont prefer at all as it is against our religion then we called goibibo customer care department first a girl picked she said their superior will call us in ** min we did not got any call again we called some other guy picked he also said same thing again there was no call from their end after almost * hour we again called them one guy kamal he told me that dont worry maam u dont have to pay any extra amount for gala dinner and u will get checkin now but after reaching their again same thing happened around at * pm also again the reception guy he did bot gave us check in as well as no water asked again this was the behaviour of the hotel staff we reached at the property at *.** pm no one offered us any water or anything again goibibo guy kamal he told me my senior has granted permission for cancellation and refund of full amount but while processing it he said sorry he had a word with his bd and he has denied that it is not possible and he told me forcefully to have gala dinner where they were serving beef and pork and till now no response is from them also now they have blocked our num and call is not getting connected kindly refund my money as iam pissed mentally and physically cos I travelled from north goa to south goa and i had faced such humiliation and harrasment.
