Anupama Vijay Udawant filed complaint against Google Pay on Oct 17, 2019
I made the payment of Rs. ****.** to Myntra via UPI ID through Google Pay on **th September. The amount got deducted from my account but the transaction failed on Myntra App. I called up Myntra for a refund but they have not received the amount on their end.
I raised the dispute on Google Pay App for this transaction on *th October, but I haven't heard from anyone on their side. I have called them several times to resolve my issue, all the executive that I spoke with have told me to wait for * working days & escalate the issue. It has been over ** days now. I have not heard from Google Pay regarding my issue.
Every executive tells me to contact Myntra & every time I do, they deny receiving the amount on their end.
I have lost my patience & calm due to the constant calling & no solution.
I have also, registered a complaint with my Bank to be on a safer side.
This is my last resort now. I hope posting here would help.
