Titan Company Limited Tanishq - Refund not initiated and also not received replacement

On *th dec **** I ordered regal ** kt yellow gold beaded floral studs amounting to Rs.***** (order I’d *******) and on *th dec **** I received the package but instead of what I was ordered I received totally different item a men finger ring so I immediately call the company customer support on that day and when I told the concern to them they told u r not the one who faced this kind of issue no need to be worry ur product will definitely get picked up from our side and u will get ur resolution soon either we refunded your full amount or else arranged replacement and on *th dec **** the product get picked up from my side by blue dart courier agent and on that day I called again in customer support regarding refund of the picked product so they told me u have to wait * to** days on the date of product get picked up for initiating the refund and on *th dec **** till today **th feb **** I didn’t receive any refund nor replacement of the product and in between this time period numerous times I call in customer support not only I mailed them my concern in many times to the company registered mail I’d but they didn’t respond any of the mail and whenever I call them no one picked the call first and when anyone picked the call I told them I have to interact with the seniors the advisor deemed to resemble us the senior and in between the call they created unnecessary disturbances within the call and told me I can’t hear your voice properly and forced me to disconnect the call plz I m in very big problems I want my refund back ***** rs. to my original payment mode asap around *.* months had passed for my refund…I want justice from this fake company who induces customer hardcore money falsely…
