Titan Company Limited Tanishq - Non redeemption of Gift Card

I purchased Tanishq E-Gift Cards and upon using those cards against a customised order (as the ring size I am looking for is not there in the physical outlet), the concerned person shared that gift cards can not be used against customised orders.

As per the attached screenshot of the Tanishq website, it's nowhere mentioned in the terms & conditions that e-gift cards can not be used against customised orders.

For reference I am adding the policies mentioned in Tanishq webiste applicable for e-gift cards

Terms And Condition

*. The Tanishq e-gift card is redeemable only once. It cannot be used multiple times. The entire amount should be redeemed in a single transaction.

*. Once the value of the card is used up, it cannot be reloaded.

*. The card gets activated immediately on receiving the payment and is valid for use for a year from the date of activation.

*. The card can be redeemed at Tanishq stores and on tanishq.co.in. In case, during a transaction, the bill amount is more than the remaining card value, the balance amount will have to borne by the customer.

*. Stolen or lost Tanishq e-gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded.

*. The Tanishq e-gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. Balance on the Tanishq e-gift card can be checked at any Tanishq store.

*. Alternately, the customer can send a SMS to ******** by simply typing the ** digit card number to know the card balance & expiry date. No returns accepted.

*. The Tanishq e-Gift cards can be redeemed against Jewellery products only and not coins inside Tanishq Stores.

*. The Tanishq e-Gift cards purchased from or Tanishq Boutique are redeemable only on the home website or Tanishq Stores. It cannot be redeemed on other partner outlets such as caratlane.

**. Tanishq e-Gift Card is only one time redeemable

Even after multiple mail chains and several calls, neither Tanishq customer supports arrange a call back with the concerned team nor escalate my call to senior member. Everytime I call, I get only one response "This case is now with our backend team. please wait for **-** working hours"

I have raised this complain with Tanishq on **th september **** and today is **th oct ****. Still there is no response and none of the tanish team members are interested to resolve this query
