Booked (*)INDIGO FLIGHT *E ticket on ** March **** :- BHUBANESWAR TO HYDERABAD
RESCHEDULE FOR LOCKDOWN TO
** April **** , extended travel due to lockdown . Indigo has given credit shell for the amount which can be done fore future booking , where’s indigo platform is not accepting ( error:- same number of pasenger are not matching ) instead of * passenger * where travelling .. upon contacting indigo customer care they told we can book for * person it’s not mandatory for * person .As per credit shell passenger name should be same , and amount will be release for * person . But here go ibibo is not responding on phone number not any way of contacting . While today checking it showing no credit shell is there for your PNR details . Plz try to get the money refund to my account . Really fed up with go ibibo ...
