GO ibibo Online Air ticket - Amount not refunded for Cancelled flight due to Covid19

I have booked round flight from Melbourne to Hyderabad via GOibibo with singapore airlines on **th Feb **** for March **** and return at May **** with the guest account. due to covid-**, the flights cancelled and when i dropped a mail to singapore airlines, since it booked from Goibibo they had asked to check with them, i have raised a multiple requests to goibibo they said they will refund the money back but they never return. raised an issue via social networking as well the ticket was opened almost a month but thereafter they closed the ticket said it is refunded but i didn't recieve the money and they are not allowing to logged in to the account using mail id and for messages i have given australian number. now i can logged via phone number but i am not getting the OTP. raised request multiple times in **** and early **** but no response from them.
