GSRTC Gujarat state Road Transport Corporation - Refund not initiated

On ** aug i was booking my ticket on GSRTC from Ahmedabad to mahuva on GSRTC website and that day there's no option of upi and bhim or any net banking option there's only one mobile banking so then i logged in to my sbi online and then i finished my transaction with rupees *** and then money debited and suddenly all the process freeze and then trip day my ticket was not booked and then i called GSRTC customer care many time but they are saying that your money is not showing in our system so we can't refund your money i have waited arround ** days but refund is not initiated, after when I call again and again they be like contact your bank and solve the problem and then i go to bank many time and also i went to manager's office and file case, about this but same thing, issue was not solved, and i also tried and raised ticket many time but i didn't get satisfied answer all the time, that time I'm feeling very tortured and bothered by all the factors, I'm still waiting for my refund and satisfactory answer.
